Project Manager directly under Design Principal and Principal in Charge. Managed internal team of 7 architects as well as all project consultants.

250,000 SF 5-Story Residential Building with 200 units & 475 Beds and 320 Car Parking Structure. $50 million. Construction Complete.
Project Manager directly under Design Principal and Principal in Charge. Lead the project thru entitlements, pricing exercises, and multiple redesigns. Worked with city to review and approve design.
